At Access Denied, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible retail items. To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
